You must contact RacingSeatsOnline.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, please include reason for return. Your RMA number will be emailed to you in 1-2 business days along with detailed Return instructions. Non-Defective items should include all original packaging, paperwork and must be in re-sellable condition and properly packaged to avoid damage. Shipping fees are not refunded on non-defective returns. *** Items shipped with Free Freight will only be credited for the difference after shipping charges are accessed. *** In other words, if you did not pay for the shipping at the time of purchase we will deduct the actual shipping costs from your refund. No returns are allowed on customized, painted or used items. This includes seats with 5th Slot added. Returns without an RMA number will be refused at the warehouse.
Defective Returns: Defective Returns can be handled directly by RacingSeatsOnline.com. You must contact RacingSeatsOnline.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. In your e-mail please include reason for return and a daytime phone number. Depending on the item, a Return Packet will be mailed to you containing return documentation, RMA number, and a Fed Ex label or we will setup the part pickup with a freight carrier. Shipping Damage: Items shipped from RacingSeatsOnline.com are in good condition are the responsibility of the carrier. If your shipment arrived in damaged condition, Please refuse the delivery AND notify RacingSeatsOnline.com by phone or email. Otherwise, give us a call to report the damaged merchandise. We will handle the claim; it just takes longer this way. Make sure you have your original box and packing material. Fed Ex and UPS will deny a damage claim if the original packaging is not available. Alaska and Hawaii require extra charge for shipment that will be quoted after the order if the website cannot calculate it. Although our website is available worldwide our fulfillment centers cannot ship to international destinations. WE DO SHIP TO CANADA. Typical shipping charge for a pair of seats and brackets is an additional $150. You will be responsible for any duty or taxes before delivery.
